Frequently Asked Questions

What ingredients do you put in your soap?
Our products are made with natural organic vegetable oils and are 100% vegan-friendly. There are absolutely no parabens, phthalates, or Sodium Laurel Sulfates in our soap.
How should I store my soap?
Soap bars should be able to dry completely between each use. Using a soap rack or soap dish with drain holes will dramatically increase the longevity of our products.
Is your brand eco-friendly?

We make every effort to be as sustainable and eco-friendly as possible in every step of our soap-making process. Each bar of soap is wrapped in handmade cotton fiber paper. The colorful papers are made from the production waste of the cotton t-shirt industry. The waste is ground into a pulp, converted to a fine quality paper and screen printed with vegetable-based dyes. The waste from the cotton t-shirt industry comes from virgin cotton cloth and not dirty fibers. When necessary, we will wrap bulk soap orders with a biodegradable corn-based shrinkwrap material instead of plastic.

Do you use phthalate-free fragrances?

No, we do not use any fragrances or fragrance blends. We take our motto – 100% natural, 100% of the time – very seriously and only use the highest quality essential oils in our products.

Do you color your soap?
We use zero added colorants or shimmers. Our soap is 100% natural, 100% percent of the time.
Are your products tested on animals?
Our products are never tested on animals and are 100% animal-free and cruelty-free.
Where are your soaps made?
All of our soaps are handcrafted in small batches by our Master Soapmaker in Bethlehem, New Hampshire.
How long have you been making soap?
Our Master Soapmaker has more than a decade of soapmaking experience, which ensures quality and consistency in every batch.
